He gives challenges so that we can run to him, learning to constantly rest in him and go to him and his word for advice. Without them, we drift away from him. What a wonderful life God has given us! He gives us joy, but when he gives us struggles, nothing but refining and strengthening is going on. We should rejoice! Nothing but eternal good is in our christian lives!"
